Oğuz Cıdam was born in 1980 in Hannover/Germany. After graduating from Ege University, Department of Electrical and Electronics, he completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul Bilgi University where he currently is doing his PhD. in Organizational Management.

Cıdam, who started his career as an R&D Software Design Engineer at Nortel Netaş in 1998, continued his career as a Project Manager at Nokia Siemens Network in 2006.

Joining Vodafone Turkey in 2010, Cıdam worked as Customer Technology Consultant and Enterprise Customer Management Executive before joining the Vodafone Global Enterprise team in 2014, where was assigned in National Account Manager, Global Solutions Sales Manager and Sales Senior Manager roles respectively. Cıdam, is currently continuing his career as Head of Product and Solutions in the same company since January 2022.

Cıdam, who is an expert in business development, sales and enterprise solutions in the telecommunication sector, has been granted many awards by Vodafone Global Enterprise in these fields.
