Kürşad Yamaç completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University and started his career as a Product Development Engineer at Ford Otosan.During this period he also continued his education at Koç University Business School for MBA Program.After Ford Otosan, he worked as a Product Manager at Arçelik and later on he moved to Karsan Automotive as the Strategic Planning Coordinator.

He is currently the Head of Business Development and Strategy departments at Karsan Automotive.Lately Karsan has developed the first driverless bus of Europe and America and develop new collaborations for the company vision "One step ahead in the future of mobility".
