Dr. M. Berna Çağlar Kalkan graduated from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School and she recevied her BA from İstanbul University , Transport and Logistics, and recevied her MBA from İstanbul University, International Business Administration.

She received her PhD from Yıldız Technical University, Business Administration.

She is still working in Başkent University, Kahramankazan Vocational School, Logistics Program and also gives various courses in the field of business and logistics.

She has national and international academic articles and researches on logistics information technologies, e-logistics, fourth-party logistics, supply chain flexibility, supply chain agility, which are among his fields of study.
