Süha Bayraktar started his career in 1998, as a Customer Support Team Leader at LHS. Between 2000-2005; he continued his duty as Business Development and Sales Support Manager at Kabira company. He worked as Turkey Country Manager at LHS between 2005-2010, General Manager at Arkonsis between 2011-2016, and Country Director at Netcracker between 2016-2018.

Joined Turkcell Family in 2018, and he worked as the Director of Cloud and IoT Services until February 2020, and since March 2020 he is working as the Strategic Partnership&Business Devolopment Assistant General Manager at Turkcell Dijital İş Servisleri.

He completed his undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University “Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering”  and  his master's degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle. He is still continuing his PhD in Computer Engineering at Yeditepe University.
