Volkan Şen, who was born in Izmir in 1980, graduated from Dokuz Eylül University's Faculty of Business Administration in 2004. Later he received a master's degree in Strategic Management from Ege University. Finally, in 2020 he completed his doctorate degree in Marketing at Akdeniz University.

After beginning his career in 2005 at Vestel Company as a Sales Representative, he then moved to Türk Telekom company in 2008. From 2008 to 2016, he worked in different managerial positions at Türk Telekom. Volkan Şen joined the Kentkart family in 2016 as Antalya Regional Manager and carried out important tasks in Smart Transportation Projects in Antalya, Alanya, Burdur, and Isparta cities of Turkey. Since 2021, he has been working as the Marketing Manager of Kentkart.

Volkan Şen is married and has a daughter. He speaks English.
