Born in Izmir in 1982, Halit İnce completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara and graduated from Yıldız Technical University Computer Science Engineering. He has been working in the informatics and telecommunication sector for 15 years.

Halit İnce, who started his business life in Istanbul and continued in Ankara; After working in positions such as software engineer, system specialist, system security and planning engineering, solution architect, he shifted his career to project manager and took part in many turnkey projects in areas such as information networks and infrastructures, consolidation projects, system, data center and disaster recovery applications, and TRNC(Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) public joint data center installation, software projects, digitalization, integration projects, e-government applications, traffic and camera monitoring systems, smart city applications, smart systems and solutions.

Halit İnce, who has many professional studies and certifications in his field in the country and abroad, has a good command of English and is married with 2 children. He is still working as the Smart Solutions Program Manager at Türksat Informatics.
